I grow a mushrooms at a indoor facility in Goodlettsville TN. As of right now I only have shiitake mushrooms to offer. I am currently working on oyster and lions mane mushrooms and hope to have them available in a month or so. I have been growing mushrooms for a few years and started selling at farmers markets about a year ago. Because I grow at an indoor facility I have mushroom al year.
